I lived in Italy right out of college, and was a chef for a Yoga Retreat, Italian restaurant and an art company.
My specialty dish would have to be Spaghetti alla Carbonara.
My other favorite dish to prepare is Beet Risotto.
It comes out a beautiful magenta color, so I love making that for us on Valentines day.
I have an associates of science in culinary arts.
We have a sourdough starter and I have made many loaves for us, as well as our friends and family.
Making things that people can enjoy is my love language.
I have a large synthesizer collection and have been collecting and learning about them for 26 years.

I have been a musician for nearly 22 years.
I have been flown out to New York and sang at the famous concert Town Hall.
I was asked to sing the National Anthem for the Angels team in Anaheim, CA.
I perform live as often possible and get to share many original songs that I have written.
Besides music my other passion for many years of my life was horseback riding.
Even though I wore leg braces growing up, I was able to get on a horse, and even compete for many years.
I was an award winning barrel racer at age 12.
I also won many ribbons and trophies for other horseback riding events.
