I am very thankful that you would take the time to consider my family. I have had adoption on my heart for many years now, and I am looking forward to the day that I can bring an additional child home. I have one son who just cannot wait to babysit, have conversations with, and be a big brother to, and a big brother who has a lot to teach a sibling about Karate, building computers, video game development, and raising an ant farm. Your child will be surrounded by love from family and friends, and I can already envision the joy they will add to our lives and all the things we love to do. I am excited to show them new places, watch them grow, and learn new things. I am beyond any doubt ready and excitedly waiting to expand our family. I cannot adequately express how strong and selfless I know you are for considering adoption. I want to adopt a child because I would like to expand our family. Sean is very excited that he will have a brother or sister through your gift, and we all cannot wait to bring your special gift into our family and share all of the joy and love we can give them each and every day.

I love spending time with my family, taking a family cruise every year. Our favorites are family bike rides, movie nights, and visiting family and friends for gatherings. Sean enjoys spending time helping me restore my 1987 and 1988 Ford Crown Victoria sedans and fixing items around the house. We are currently working on upgrading his desktop PC so that he can better participate in his school’s esports program this year. We are also helping Veronica remodel the living room to seat our family for movie and game nights this summer and going forward. Veronica is always up for trying new baking recipes, and Sean and Sean are always available to taste and test the finished products, especially the chocolate ones. Since we’ve been together, we’ve made it a goal to take a yearly family cruise vacation. In our house, we have photos of all the places we’ve been, and we continue to seek new adventures every year to discover new and more exciting places and cultures around the world.

Favorite family-friendly activities:

We enjoy attending Cardinal Baseball games, monster truck shows, dirt bike racing shows, Blues Hockey games, and Battle Hawks football games as a family outing.

Sean is a loving, hard-working dad who constantly spends time with his son. Sean can always be found working on new items that are broken around the home or some new idea he would like to learn more about. His latest passion is working on and showing Sean how to build a computer server. He researched how to create a server and completed the unit in only a few days. Now, he should share with Sean what steps he took to complete this project and how to add family photos, movies, and TV shows to the unit for use during family movie nights or family gatherings. Sean likes bike riding with Sean and Veronica. Working on his dad’s car restoration project or just sitting around the house relaxing. I enjoy being Sean’s father because he not only brought joy to my life when he was born, but he is a joy to watch learn new things from his first steps to now high school.

I have a girlfriend, Veronica, who has been with us for six years, which has also helped me during that time frame to raise Sean. She has stepped right in and has taken on the role of stepmother. I am looking to expand my family as we continue to grow together, and I would welcome the opportunity to bring your child into my family and share the love and understanding that comes with having a second child.

We live in a suburban community about 20 minutes from downtown, where we enjoy attending City SC Soccer Games, Battle Hawks Football Games, the Riverfront Arch, and Cardinal Baseball Games, among other things. It’s a community that is only about 17 years old. I built our current home through new construction, and each week, Sean and I watched as our home took shape, becoming the final product we live in today. All local schools are part of one district, offering easy access to pre-K through high school. We all enjoy bike riding, hoverboarding, and racing RC vehicles down the sidewalk, in and out of our driveway, and through the neighborhood. On a nice day, I can be found flying drones off the back deck through the backyard with Sean while Veronica watches and reads her books. I am more of a summer person and not a big fan of winter, as I dislike being cold. I also enjoy taking karate classes with Sean and watching him grow into the young man he is today.

Sean has been with me full-time since he was 3 years old, so I have had a lot of experience watching him grow and helping him navigate the obstacles of today’s world. He enjoys karate, computer game programming, and working with his gaming PC since he is on his high school esports team this year. He has two dogs, which he named Sky and Marshall from the Paw Patrol TV program who are 8 and 9 years old this year.

Although my brothers and their families only visit St. Louis, MO now, they spend many holidays and family gatherings in MO so your child will have plenty of time meeting and mixing it up with their extended family member and friends. However Veronica’s family still lives in MO, and we spend birthdays, graduations, Xmas and the fourth of July with her family for many family gatherings. Veronica’s family members are always the first at birthday party events and are the first to invite me and Sean to their children’s events as if we were a part of the family from birth. They are a big part of Sean’s social network and are always available to help him get to and from different events when there is a scheduling conflict for some reason. We spend some holidays with my best friend, his wife, and their family in Indianapolis, IN. They also travel with us on many of the summer cruises we take every year, and they play a loving and friendly role in Sean’s upbringing, including sending him gifts for his birthday and Christmas.

We would continually let your child know that you love them and want the best for them as they grow up as a member of our family. They would always be encouraged to continue to be the very best person you created them to be in this world. Sean is looking forward to having a brother or sister to teach them all of the very little that I have been able to teach him over these past 15 years of his life as they become more and more part of our family with all the love and joy that they bring our family we will always continue to let them know that you loved them very much.

My passion is fixing things. I am a Mechanical Engineer graduate. I also have a Master’s in Information Systems, including an MBA in Global Management. I am always finding new things to fix, and I have cars that I am always showing Sean and Veronica how to repair.

• Our long-standing tradition is to take at least a 6-7 day cruise to a new place on a different cruise line each year. One of the best family vacations was on the Carnival Cruise Line, which stopped in Portugal. We took an excursion on the cable car and slowly traveled down the mountainside with a wide-open view of the city.
• The next most memorable family trip was on Royal Caribbean’s Wonder of the Seas ship. Everyone liked this new ship then, and all the things we could do on the ship, from bumper cars, zip-lining to the top of the boat, to water tubing down the waterslide. This was by far the best ship that had this for everyone to enjoy as a family and individually, as we spent 7 days on this ship in the summer of 2024.

We all will love, protect, and honor the gift that you are considering sharing. Always letting your child know that you love them and want the best opportunities for them to grow and be successful in everything they do, and in the person they will become in the world. I hope that I gave you a glimpse into who I am, my family and community, our dogs, and some of the things we hold dear. THANK YOU FOR CONSIDERING ME and my family as a safe place for your special gift and for taking the time to learn a bit more about us all.
